Terms and Conditions – fafa191 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

By creating a fafa191 account, depositing funds, placing any bet or accessing any feature of the fafa191 platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Deposited funds are held in your fafa191 account balance and are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements. fafa191 does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month. • Harassment: Using fafa191's communication channels to harass, threaten or abuse support staff or other users.
• Providing false information: Misrepresenting your identity, age or location when registering or during any verification process.

fafa191 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment details
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure)

Where an account is closed at the user's request and the balance has met all applicable wagering requirements, the remaining balance will be returned to a verified payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, fafa191 reserves the right to retain balances as compensation for any losses incurred, subject to a formal investigation process.
